Kume’s Float Therapy is a natural approach to wellness. A person experiences minimal sensory stimulation when inside the tank, allowing them to relax.
The tank contains a proprietary salt+water blend held at body temperature that allows for the person entering it to float effortlessly.
When the body reaches a certain amount of relaxation, it reduces muscle tension, decreased blood pressure, fewer stress hormones, and increased endorphins.
Cryotherapy is super cold. New York cold. Below freezing, cold. Ok so maybe not NYC cold, but this treatment will kick-start your body’s system into its natural recovery process.
During Cryo, your body will be exposed to extremely low temps from -180* to -245* for about 3 minutes to trigger your body into self-recovery and rejuvenation. We recommend a few visits a month for best results.

Featuring a Dry Heat System, the Cocoon pod helps you sweat and remove toxins from the body. The ergonomically designed pod assists with improving both physical and mental performance, quality of sleep, and aids in flushing excess water and toxins from the body.

After the cryo like to relax in the red light therapy cocoon. Both these treatments help reduce inflammation, and increases healing. Especially since I ruptured my Achilles, I feel these services helped my Achilles heal at accelerated rate. The space is super clean very Zen, and the staff is so nice and helpful! He made me feel so at ease when I got there and told me to take my time and enjoy the day. He’s super experiences and is Andy great at what he does! I didn’t want to leave. Please come here if you want to feel relaxed- I suffer from chronic pain and I can’t tell you how amazing I felt after. I slept like a baby. This beats ant medication that I take. My body was in another world. I've tried other float pods and Kume float is the best out of the ones I've tried. Just make sure you don't shave the day before going in. The staff was welcoming and the facility was very nice and clean. I definitely recommend trying this place and everything they have to offer. I really enjoyed my entire vist.
