Before Your First Sauna

Hydration is key, so drinking plenty fluids the day of your treatment will assist in perspiration and flush toxins. Please do not use the sauna if you have any open wounds. If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor prior to scheduling a sauna session. Lastly, for your safety do not consume alcohol as this increases the dangers of dehydration, heat exhaustion and more.

How it works

Sauna guests will lie on the contoured massage bed while the dry or infrared heat creates an active thermal session. Cool air will flow lightly upon the user’s face during the session with aromatherapy salt-air to be refreshed while training.

While in the pod, the bed will begin massaging as the motor inside allows for a custom vibrating massage. Hydration is key! It’s recommended to drink water throughout your session, allowing yourself to become extremely thirsty can be harmful. Please step out of the sauna if you are feeling extremely thirsty and light-headed so you may properly rehydrate.

Our Sauna is infused with Himalayan sea salt and aromatherapy enhancements for extra fee. Our vibration massages aids in bone density. For best results multiple sessions is recommended.
