Kume Float requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Same Day Cancellations and No Show Appointments will result in a fee of up to 100% of the total service price + taxes/fees.
I understand that there is a 3 month commitment required for the Monthly Membership of: Sauna, Float or Cryotherapy treatments. If the 3 month Monthly Membership of Sauna, Float or Cryotherapy treatments is canceled, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
I understand that memberships may only be used at the selected location.
COVID-19 is a foreseen event and we require proof of a positive result 24 hours prior to your appointment to receive any sort of refund or make changes.
